The green glimpse of plants brings happiness and eradicates the agony in one’s heart. This is the reason everyone wants to decorate his house with plants, no matter how much space he has. In order to attain this, a lion share part of households grow their garden but most of them don’t know that what category and type of plants they need, what their plants need and how to take care of them.
Here the Florabowls comes up with the solution. The gardeners visit our stores and give us appointment to visit their home/office/place to understand what deems them fit. Then our Plant Executive suggests and explain them the combination of plants arrangement according to space availability, plants’ viability, gardeners dedication and budget. At the same moment he shows you the pottery to contain plants which increases the beauty of your garden. After getting your consent he arranges the plantation on scheduled day and makes sure that work has been done with panache.
Since the gardener is associated with us so our relationship center updates them to take care of plants by tutorial videos related to diseases in plants, organic fertilizers to prevent plants from diseases and insects, how to prepare compost from kitchen wastage and other related tutorial videos. If in case, customer has any query related to the plants given by us, our dedicated professionals are available on video calls to resolve the problem. All these assistance is free and inclusive with plants’ price.
If the gardener is not satisfied with our services or product, he can contact to our center and we endeavor to address the problem and resolve it. In case if we get fail to fix the problem we take back our plants and refund his paid money without any deduction.
If any gardener is shifting from one city to another, he/she should not bother to carry out his plants. It will be informed to our center and we will collect all the plants with pottery (if it’s in good condition) and make them available another plants of same variety at just additional 25% amount of their last purchase.
If any gardener wants us to look after his plants, he can get enrolled for it and our care executive will visit them at regular interval (weekly/fortnightly/as needed) to do all the needful like weeding, hoeing, grafting, composting, spraying, curing etc. as well as they guide you for watering. It means that, what the entire gardener has to do is just watering as needed. In this service we insure that if any plant decays within the service span we replace it by the same variety of plant. This service will be charged on the number of plants and its characteristics.
